NBE Prom/Post-Prom Ticket Sale 2017

The Junior Prom package includes admittance and transportation to and from ALL Prom activities including Grand March ceremony, dinner/dance at the Harley-Davidson Museum and post-prom Dave & Buster's activities.

Doors open at the Eisenhower auditorium at 4:30 p.m., Grand March Procession begins at 5:00 p.m. Dinner/Dance to be held at the Harley-Davidson Museum from 6:30 - 11:30 p.m.

Post Prom will be held at Dave & Buster's from approximately 12:00 AM - 2:00 AM. Student's are encouraged to bring a change of clothes as shoes and socks are required. Students will then ride the bus together and arrive to New Berlin Eisenhower by around 2:30 AM for pick-up/driving home.

All bags will be searched and checked in at the Grand March.

Once students enter the Harley-Davidson Museum, they will be unable to leave the premises until the bus departs for Dave & Buster's.

Student Information

I acknowledge and accept my student's decision about attending/not attending the post-prom event. I realize that if they choose to not attend Dave & Buster's with parent chaperones and supervision, they will ride the bus back to New Berlin Eisenhower and arrive around 12:30 AM after all others are dropped off at Dave & Buster's. I also understand that even if my student is not attending the post-prom event, he/she is still responsible for the full price of the prom/post-prom ticket of $60 and will no longer be supervised by adult chaperones once dropped off at New Berlin Eisenhower.

Parental Permission Form for Off Campus Activity

I, parent/guardian of the above named student, grant permission for my student to participate in the 2017 Prom Activities which include the Grand March, Harley-Davidson Museum and Dave & Buster’s Restaurant, sponsored by New Berlin Eisenhower on May 12, 2017 from 4:30 pm - 2:30 am.

I understand that qualified chaperones will be furnished. I further understand that my student is expected to meet the same standards of conduct and behavior on the trip as is required in school and for all school sponsored activities.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

 

New Berlin Eisenhower is hosting prom for its students on Friday, May 12th.  At this time we are soliciting donations in support of the festivities for the evening which includes safe transportation and post prom party.

 

Each year approximately 400 students attend the Eisenhower prom.  The prom committee is soliciting donations from families or businesses like yours to help make the evening memorable while providing a safe environment for all the students.  Any donation helps offset the cost of putting on the event.  In the past donations have ranged from monetary donations, bus sponsorship, gift certificates to be used as door prizes or even special services for the event.  All donors will receive recognition in thanks for their support.
